stage washer.

16 foot long lift
boom extension section
is cleaned in stage 1 of
the washer with alkaline
cleaner, followed by
rinse,
then iron-phosphate,
followed by rinse, then
a sealer. followed by a
spot-free RO water rinse.
The
cleaned and rinsed steel
piece shown here as it
enters
the powder coat paint
booth.
It hangs from heavy-duty
hooks on conveyor.
